hello...I am looking for any chips or ways I can increase power in our 2004 s60 t5. I want to surprise my husband with this for christmas, so i thought I would start looking now.

Thanks for any help or suggestions!

Since you are in Washington, I would go with IPD just because they are close by should something go wrong. If you really want to surprise him get him a turbo back exhaust to go with it.

thanks for you suggestion. I know very little about improving performace, etc, so what is a turbo back exhaust and where would you suggest i get one? or find information about one?

Turbo back exhaust will replace the exhaust from the turbo to the tip. IE Downpipe, muffler, cats, tip. If you are on warranty I would go with a big company like IPD or BSR. If you are off warranty you can save some money by using s smaller company like Eurosportuning.
