The cd player is saying it's playing something but I hear NO AUDIO whatsoever.. I had the music 3/4ths the way up and all of a sudden it just stopped and I have no idea what happened.. I recently purchased this car so I'm not sure if there is a mute button or something but turning the volume up/down doesn't do anything I still can't hear any audio. I tried with a radio and CD, any suggestions? Thanks!

There is a software update that can fix that. My stereo used (premium) used to freeze up from time-to-time and then just start working normal. I had the dealer do a software update, and it hasn't happened again in almost a year.
