Having some radiator overflow tank problems. Like some other people, the radiator canister is empty after sitting. It leaves a trail down the driveway when I pull out. I can't figure out what is up.

Some background: the coolant overflow cap is tight, and flushed out the radiator. See no bubblers in the oil, or the color of chocolate milke there either. Exhaust pipe seems not to be wet.
