I have a 1995 850 and yesterday we had a heavy rainfall. Rain had somehow gotten into the car. The passenger side mats were soaked and the floor beneath the mat also was wet. No water was visible on the windows or dash or anywhere else. Doors and windows were locked. Any ideas where the water could have come in from?

Do you have a moonroof/sunroof/whateverroof aside from the usual kind of roof? Then check the seals.

Otherwise the other common areas would be the front windscreen rubber seals and also for the rear.
