Let's help to list what is usually expected or required from each ad. :)

1) Clear Indication of Intention (To SELL or To RENT) etc...
2) Clear message of subject/item (What you plan to SELL)...
3) Photos are VERY encouraged (this is to help stimulate excitement on the part of buyer and to knw what exactly are they going to get)...
4) Any other special items that comes together with the main subject/item. Like any add-ons that you really dont feel taking off, as you really dont want to keep it anymore etc.
5) Buyers typically prefer sweeteners (so, include more and more freebies, no matter how small or invaluable to you it is).
