Just a though that we could relate our experiences at dealerships for others to make informed decisions about where they take their precious wagons for work to be done.

I have some "opinions" of Pilling Volvo which I could add.

About a year ago I made a suggestion that if we posted negative reports about Volvo agents/dealers or whatever, we should really send the company involved a note to say that the remarks have been made and if they would like the opportunity to reply to the criticisms.

The idea was well received and that was about as far as it went.

I must have missed that topic Auckland, but maybe we can get it going again.... :beer:

Outside PHILADELPHIA, PA I only go to KEYSTONE VOLVO IN BERWYN. A friend is a mechanic there, and great service/parts department guys.

which pilling (heml is my local one now so i would be very intrested to hear any experience of them good or bad
