PLEASE HELP, THIS HAS BEEN AN ON GOING PROBLEM FOR SIX MONTHS,, I REPLACED MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR, MAIN COMPUTER, IGN. MODULE ALL WITH USED PARTS FROM E-BAY,, AND NEW PICK UP COIL. NO CHANGES AT ALL.. THE CAR SOMETIMES WILL RUN PERFECTLY FOR UP TO 5 MINUTES.. OTHER TMES IT WILL ONLY START WITH ADDED FUEL.. IT STARTED OFF DYING OCCASIONALLY WHEN AT LOWER SPEEDS LIKE 25 MPH.. AND GOT WORSE OVER A FEW MONTHS.. NOW IT LOOSES INJECTOR PULSE.IT WILL USUALLY RUN AT NEARLY FULL THROTTLE WHEN IT DOES DIE It HAS SPARK, FUEL PUMP IS RUNNING AND HAS PRESSURE ECT. PLEASE HELP..

ok little bit of housekeeping here :)

1. using caps in a post on the net or any chat room, as anyone will say is considered SHOUTING. just as a friendly nudge there :)

2. have you checked the ignition amplifier? when this starts to die, it can cause all sorts of problems especially the one you have described, and you can try everything you have listed to no avail. get this checked out. you can usually pick them up from a scrap yard pretty cheaply.

trust me on that, i spent about a month of posting on here and spent loads of money on trying to solve the prolem and in the end this part cost me £10 ... prob around $25, i was quite annoyed, but it solved it :)

3. have you checked the fuel control relay? i think in the turbo models it is white and situated on the left most side at the back of the fuses.
