Hi mate,
Quick questions to be able to answer you better;
what year is you car
does it have electric aerial in the rear quarter or a flexible aerial on the roof
are you using a volvo radio or an aftermarket fit
how prepared are you to take your car interior apart

You'll probably find that the price for your replacement cable includes labour costs to remove a heck of a lot of trim from the vehicle, to do the job yourself the minimum number of trim you will need to remove is 10 which will not follow exactly the original cable run.

Get back with the answers above and any answers will be more accurate.

there is no way on gods clean earth that you should consider paying that kind of money for an aerial lead, even if its fitted. As the other chap suggests make sure you get the right plug type but I would consider going to a scrapyard and checking out a vehicle that you can practice taking bits off before having a go at your own. What happended to the old lead ?

Both ends? Do you mean that you have a cable but someone has chopped off the connectors at the roof and at the radio?
As you are using a stock Volvo radio, your best bet is to go to a scrap yard, as at least you will have the connectors, from there is is just a case of making 2 couplers for each end. To this end, you can then cut the cable from the donor car with as much slack as you can get, then goto to somewhere like Maplins and buy screw on male and female SME connectors. With these you then put the female SME connectors on the ends of the cable you already have on the car, then put male SME connectors on the 2 ends from the scrap yard. Screw the relevant SME connectors together and then attach as normal, cheap effective and very fast solution to your problem.
Any questions, just post them up.
