I have a 02 S60 NA and love the car. However, there seems to be limited options for performance upgrades on non-turbo models. Besides K&N Filter upgrades, are their chip upgrades for non-turbo S60's? IPD/Evolve don't have one.

No idea about N/A cars. Browse "links to sites" in the general forum. That might give you some ideas.

NA cars are pointless to upgrade unless you have the cash to do it right.

-K&N panel filter
-Custom 2.25"-2.5" catback system with a baffled muffler like a Flowmaster
-Lighten the car up a lot

That is what you can do to make it faster.

Better suspension upgrades will do you good as well.

I'm in the same boat, I didn't need a turbo until I have driven this car for a while now I have the itch. Anything you find would be great info, can you add a turbo to this engin?

Basically the only way to add a turbo would be to switch out the engines. I guess there is some way to do it but the expense and the headache would not be worth it.
