I have priced a Volvo CD changer, $1,000 :( . Moving on quickly (!), I want to fit an after market CD changer. First I need to pull out the radio, but how? It's a HU603. There are no obvious tabs to use, unlike the previous model. Can anyone help?

At the bottom of the A/C panel there is the pen holder.You need to remove that to gain access the the screws for the A/C panel.Then lift up some on the panel then pull straight back towards teh rear of the car.Sometimes it will be a pain to get it out.The remove the screws for the radio then you will be able to remove the radio.
