The dash lighting on the right half of my 1998 V90's SC-816 audio system are out. How do I access the bulbs and replace one or more? (I looked -- the owner's manual doesn't go into that level of detail.) Is there an online lookup site for info like this (hopefully, free)?

:liebe011: Thanks to CWazny4, who posted an excellent description (w/ pics!) of how to R&R the bulbs. I just discovered this by searching around Volvo Forums, so I guess I've answered my own post (all credit to her [CWazny4], of course). Glad I joined. For anyone else looking for the same info, it was on the S40 forum, dated Dec 14, 2006.

I checked out her post. The best thing I've read on here! Already ordered ten bulbs! Cant wait to see my radio, and my switches at night!

Worked like a charm. The same bulbs fit the switches. It's like a new car (at night anyway!).
