Hey everyone,
I have a 1998 Volvo S90 thats great,
BUT when i start the car the stereo is great as it usually is,
but while driving the back speakers will cut out and then the front passenger's speaker follows suit. The bass also dissappears somewhere in that time frame too.
Does anyone know how to access the rear of that radio and check out the wiring? It seems to me like its a loose cable, but if anyone knows anything I would love to hear.

There are handles on both sides of the radio. They are about 2 inches long and are recessed. Take a small flat screw driver and push them in and release. The handles will pop out. Then just slide the unit out. If you are playing with the wiring and you do unplug it make sure you have the security code handy.
To put it back just slide the radio back in and push the handles in with a small flat head screw driver until they click. The radio is now secure.
