2005 with a squeal from the engine compartment. Not pulleys or belts. From underneath sound appears to be coming from middle - left side. Any clues. :liebe011:

PCV or flame box. Get it fixd ASAP before any seals leak oil on your timing belt.

It's the oil filter housing (big alloy thing that bolts to the block, and the oil filter lives).


Starting to be a common problem.

any other repair procedures preventive or otherwise to be performed along with oil filter housing. Known cause of condition?
