Does anyone know if it's possible to change the odometer from miles to kilometers? I have an American spec XC90, but work/live in Europe.

I think the dealer has to go in and do it in the computer system. But yes it can be done.Check with the dealer when you do your next service.

I had my 2006 XC90 done but the odometer itself and the trips 1 and 2 will only read in miles(U.S. spec vehicle). The fuel economy, average speed etc. can be made EU or US. At least that is what I was told when they changed it.

Yes the dealer can do it. They can also can (but won't) change actual milage, service intervals (for SRL) etc.
