My wife and i are thinking about buying a new Jaguar X-Type. If anyone owns one, could fill me in on some pros-cons? Or a good forum? Thanks.

Ford Mondeo in disguise.

If you crank the engine before the ecu has finished it's checks (wait for all the warning light to extinguish, air bag light is the last one), you can get all sorts of weird things happening, ie; boot opens, locks can go out of sync............
Happens on the XJ and XK models too.

Stu.

I've heard the same thing about the X-types on this side of the pond.
