Hello all, I'm nw to this site but have been avidly reading all I can to become acquainted. Lot's of great stuff and even better, great answers (already solveed a few things form them myself now)

I have just purchased a 2000 V70R with the 8 Speaker setup and the SC-901 (with what I think is a SMALL power amp under the passenger front seat). It sounds pretty good and I have already been tweeking the "custom" EQ settings. (that you get to by pushing the power button at the same time as the "2" button.

As a curious person, I thought to myself... "What happens if I push the other buttons in combination with the power button". Well, half of them seemed to have effect, but I was not always sure what it was. Some showed version codes, another showed three sound modes, another showed Antenna Amplification, etc, etc. (navigation was not always obvious to me either)

Questions:
1- Anyone have a "complete" manual for this radio that describes ALL the do-hickies? Alpine has not been of any use to me yet, as I have not been able to locate the radio through their site. Local Volvo shops themselves don't seem to be even as aware as I am :(

2- As I only have 8 speakers (two front dash, two front doors, two rear doors, two small rear Frame drivers (Wagon), can I tell my system to be in a different mode (Dolby or 3 channel for example)?

3- Has anyone ever added a centre speaker to their 2000ish wagon dashboard? Am I crazy to even consider it? I've heard the awesome system in a C70 coupe, and was hoping to get closer to it.

4- How can I identify what power the amplifer I have under the passenger seat puts out? It is labelled with "9496557 10096 99W18 Sweden"
