I'm installing a 3rd row seat from the junk yard into my 1999 V70. One of the seat belts is rolled up, and it won't unroll. Seat belts should unroll when pulled gently, and lock when pulled quickly (like in an accident). Mine will not unroll -- I think it is rolled up on itself more than it ever would be if it were installed and that has something to do with it. Can anyone help? I really don't want to take it apart . . . Thanks
