Hello folks,

I have to say I'm happy to have found this forum. I'm not happy to say I'm in big trouble -

Changing the fuel filter on my 2000 XC70 and wasn't at all familiar with the hose connector system that connects fuel lines to the filter. So I broke the outbound connector.

Before I break the inbound filter connector, can someone tell me how to remove it properly?

Thanks in advance!!!

It works like a quick disconnect on an air line. You pull/push on the out side of it then remove the line.I use a pair of needle nose pliers to push and release it then push the line off at the same time.
