I recently posted about an oil additive that seemed to clear up a positive pressure in crankcase problem. Well, big surprise- the problem's back. It started with the vacuum line leading to the boost guage popping off its nipple, then the check engine light came back on. The boost guage line is on top of the IAC valve, so I don't know if it's related or coincidental. All of this happened before. After reading a few posts, I disconnected what I think is the line to the vent box, at the top of the engine where the spark plugs are. BTW, top of engine was covered in oil when I removed the cover. I blew through the tube, and it did not seem clogged, got air back out of the nipple it was removed from. I noticed on some other posts that my '96 turbo has no flame trap, which explains why I couldn't find it. Any idea what else it could be? The pressure is enough that I'm losing oil through the gaskets and it's blowing the dipstick tube and boost guage lines off. I'm in the process of building a code reader to check the engine light myself, but I don't know if it will point to a specific component. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the tip, covlad. I guess I should probably plan on just replacing most of those parts. I also noticed a film of oil on the inside of my intake hose connecting to the throtle body. Does anyone know if this is consistant with clogged breather system, or am I looking at something else?
