99 S80- Seat works fine, but memory buttons ceased to function. Everything else is functional. Is there a fuse that just controls the memory portion?

Thanks

I was also having problems with my memory seats. The seat would not remember the 3 positions, or sometimes the seat would move but not the memory mirrors, or the mirrors would move and not the seats. Or sometimes the seat would not move at all, even with the manual controls! I would reset the 3 memory positions (seats and mirrors) and it would work for a day or so and then stop working.

I wound up checking the battery in both key fobs, thinking a weak battery might be the problem. Turns out both batteries were OK...both read 3 volts or a little better on a volt meter (they are 3 volt batteries). So I just cleaned both sides of the battery with a cloth and put them back together, without touching the battery with my fingers.

After that the memory seat/mirrors worked fine (and the manual controls, too). It's been a couple of weeks now. Could have just been a bad contact in the key fob.

Good luck.
