CAN ANYONE HELP ME LOCATE AN EIGHT BOLT B20 VOLVO ENGINE? I UNDERSTAND THEY WERE MADE ONLY 2 YEARS, 1974 & 1975, HELP...

Have you checked with Vintage Performance over by you?

I also ran your needs through http://car-part.com/index.htm
and got a number of hits for a B20 engine.
Car Part is a salvage yard search engine.
Since I am not to familiar with the early Volvos you may be able to
pull up more hits than I did. I just did a random search for engines for 1974.
