Got the s40 1.9d 2001 and need some advice . got the factory fitted radio model no. HU 605 and I'd like to add a aftermarket cd changer in the boot(trunk).
is this possible and if yes which make 'cos volvo one costs £500 .

Alpine C/D changers will plug into the factory radio.Alpine makes the C/D changers for Volvo.

thanks for the reply, but I was told alpine cd changer is compatable only for the "sc" version not "hu" ??? Is true ???
