anyone here put in a new headliner thru the doors? don't really feel like removing the front or rear window. i think if the seats come out i can do it. Just want some feedback before i start it and teach myself some new cuss words. thanks for any info

I know it is possible to take the headliner out of the passenger door; all you have to do is put the shifter in neutral and slide it out of the passenger door I believe, but I am not exactly sure. There are full descripted details in the Volvo 240 Hayne's Manual.

if headliner is that old how is wind screen

mine was badly chipped and a new one at $240 [installed at home by glass company] was best thing I ever did for my eyes

so could slide headliner in at same time
