hi there, was wondering if any of you guys know where to get a conversion kit to install a new radio like the pioneer avic-n1... i have the 2.4i only not ready for OEM navigation system by volvo...

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it is not possible. Since the OEM head unit controls the climate control, as well as other functions of the car, it cannot be swapped out.
