Hi

Third question ...

My 1999 V Volvo D is pretty good but has a problem with the driver door lock. Central locking works on all other doors, but not on driver door. The door knob is always depressed (pressed down as if locked, rather than unhappy!!) and just remains open. The garage I bought it from say this is a common problem with this car. Is that correct? If so, what is the solution?

I have seen some of the door locks go bad.You should have it replaced.

Garage checked wiring, stripped everything down, cleaned, lubricated, rebuilt and now seems fine :clap:
