Can you haggle when buying a pre-owned certified volvo S60 or are the prices pretty much fixed?

do a little market research and then haggle based on that. nothing is carved in stone.

Makes sure you do your research first. It depends on what the car has really, 12/26/2006 I purchased a 2003 S60 2.4T sports and premium packages with only 19340k for $16900, with T&T, registration, more warranty coverage it came to $21500. All in all a very good deal and so far highly pleased.
