A couple of questions about heat in the XC90

1. How do I get the rear vents (for the 3rd seat) to blow hot air? If I turn the air conditioning on and the temp control way up it still blows cold air. If I have the air conditioner off and the blower set to the middle of the person on the control there is no air flow to the back of the car.

2. Is it possible to have both the windshield defroster and the setting for warm air on the floor to operate at the same time?
