Where should the front and rear equalizer settings be positioned as a starting point on the premium sound system with Dolby Pro Logic? I have no idea what I'm doing with these settings.

Start off with them centered then adjust to your liking.

When you say "centered", what do you mean? Each of the equalizers (front and rear) has a series of bands which you can adjust up and down. When you say "centered", do you mean that tha bands should be mid-height and the same height all the way across?

Yes that is what I mean start with all of them the same and then adjust to your liking.Some people like more bass and some like more treble.It is all in the preferance.
