How agreeable is Uncle Sam to letting Right Hand Drive vehicles on American roads?

I think one can get an exemption for right-hand drive cars, but I dont know what the criteria are. As for the red Monza, no idea about the price, but I believe it was trailered to the show.

I am the owner of the Ferrari 750 Monza photographed at the Radnor Concours and I am a new member to this site. There was a second Volvo at Radnor, my V70 2.4T which is my daily driver. In addition to a life-long addiction to Ferrari, I have been driving Volvo's for 35 years(my family has owned more than 30 over the years). I currently own the V70, also an 850 sedan and my late father's 780 Bertone coupe--I have driven the Bertone more than 310,000 miles.
