Drives: 1990 Volvo 240DL Wagon

Not having any luck finding this part. It is for my 95 year old mothers Volvo with only 60,000 miles so I hate to give up on this car but it has been in the shop since July! Junkyards are sending parts that don't work. Anyone out there know where I can get one? What it should cost? Thanks
