I somehow managed to lose the front headlight washer cover for the passenger side bumper in my travels. We just called our local Volvo dealership and they told me it was $39 for the small piece and another $45 to have it painted to match my XC90. My car is a 2005 and is Magic Blue in color. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions - I just think $84 for the thing is a bit ridiculous even without my VCOA 10% discount on parts. Suggestions welcome on where I can purchase this wholesale, etc.

Thanks!

You can find them "for cheap" on ebay. Not sure if this one will work for you, but keep checking. TonyP

p.s for anyone else wondering, this part is total crap. I had two break a month apart. I was stood by the car the second time and was amazed to see it just pop off on it's own. The bracket under the cover holding it to the washer unit is very thin and is massively under engineered. When the washer unit retracts it can't take the strain as it closes and compresess against the bumper. It eventually cracks and pops off. I expect better from Volvo. This part is designed to fail.
