Hi I just sold my Volvo S40 2006 great car. I have bought a 2004 XC90 2.5T, which I love so far.

Am wondering what the cost is to replace the windshield, as I want to replace it?

thanks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumbsup.gif)

I had my windshield replaced in my 05. It cost $300. Covered by insurance. I paid $100 deductable. I have rain sensor wiper control which made a difference. Tony

Glass Coverage is usually exempt from having to pay the Deductible.

One thing though; most Carriers have special relationships with Windshield Glass Replacement Companies, so they want to know about the crack, or whatever it is, before you have it repaired, and assign the repair to their "approved" Glass Company.

That may not be the way it works in the Canadian Provinces . . . . but that's my experience here.
