Hi,

I'm looking to replace the fuel filter on my 06 plate V50 (1.8), I can't find the fuel filter anywhere can someone help? Also will I need a special tool to remove the fuel lines?

Thanks.

The following link explains why it is often difficult to locate the fuel filter.

Thanks, I did read this post before but nI have the 1.8 model with B418S11 engine any idea if the fuel filter is also located inside the fuel tank on this model?

Thanks,

I cannot answer this with certainty but I would imagine the fuel pump and filter configuration would be kept uniform for all petrol engines, especially if you cannot easily find an in-line filter.

Suggest check with dealer to be sure.
