Hi all
just bought a 1998 C70 coupe today, my dilema is right front parker doesn't turn on and when turn on headlights left hand low and high beams don't work, checked all globes, fine, also checked fuses ...OK, my question is is ther a relay I should be looking for ?

sounds like the bulb failure warning relay is the trouble, just google this part.

Thanx will check it, I've also read could be the light switch itself as they have a tendancy to malfunction with continual long term use

that is true ,the switch does fail a lot in volvo's.so case of switch or relay, to check if it is a relay, check you are getting power at the cables, as it goes into the switch.
