Is it the Low Beam, that's also used as a Running Light ?

Some of these vehicles required a bulb with a heavy duty filament to deal with their being on continuously.

Otherwise, you may have a loose connection somewhere that is powering the light on and off in an intermittent (almost imperceptible) fashion, and putting more stress on the filament and causing it to fatigue prematurely.

check the fuse and fuse holder, you have a relay for your lights it may be starting to fail, but you should the bulb holder first for rust , if so clean it.

It is presumed you are not touching the quartz halogen bulb with your bare fingers when replacing it, otherwise the life of the bulb will be significantly shortened. Also check it is correctly secured when replacing to prevent the bulb vibrating excessively.
