Remove
The oil dipstick and its pipe.
The splashguard under the engine.

Drain the oil and remove the oil filter.
Release the oil cooler from the sump.Hang up at the rear.
Remove the screw from the bracket for the fuel line.


Removing the oil sump(oil pan)

Slacken off all screwsholding the oil sump.

Once compressor is off set it like the following pic and remove the 10mm screw in the middle of the pulley.

The first one is the seals that are ON, EACH injectors.

The injector kit comes with those in the photo below. Assuming that you have that kind of an injector. There are FIVE items in the kit.

My mechanic doesn't seem to have the correct OBD II reader for my 97 855R.
The dealer wants $ to read the codes, and that doesn't make $ sense.
Therefore.
I'm willing to break down and buy an OBD II reader (or is that OBD 2?) to find out what's up with the ABS TRACS system on my 97 855R.

I have a CD Multi-changer but can't find the cable to connect it ? I have looked in the boot on the left hand side but there is no cable, any ideas where it may be ?

I cannot get it to spray, the motor runs but isny putting anything out. I have traced all the lines back to the pump. Is there no hose in the bottom of the motor to go into the washer? My service manual has none, but I sure think it should! There are also two hoses that I think lead to the headlights that are unhooked, probably got as frustrated as I did. My reverse gear engages smoothly, and reverses well if you don't press on the gas pedal. Once you press on the gas pedal, youget the feeling that something is slipping and there is aslight shuddering in the car.

Yesterday while driving my 1995 850 Turbo my check engine light came on. It came on about twenty minutes into the drive, I was starting to get into to some traffic going into Chicago. Is it possible to retension the springs? When I bought the car the load cover was detached from the parcel shelf and the springs unwound - thought they may be like a roller blind where you wind one end to retension. Any help really appreciated!

My Service Light on my 1995 850 Turbo continues to be on for a second or two, then goes off for a second or two, then back on, back off, etc. etc. etc. I reset the light via the OBI diagnostic module. I start the car and the service light is off. When I then turn the car off and start it back up - the light then starts flashing again.

Any thoughts.

I went to a junk yard and pulled several alarm circuits off of 850's the same year as mine "93" and even a newer one "97" and plugged them in. But I think theres a problem... isnt the horn supposed to go off when you test it? all that happens with them all when I test it is the signals flashing.
