I have a Volvo 440 GLT 1.8 1990, and I want to build a infocenter into it, butt I don't know what for adjustments I have to make, and how I have to connect it to make it work.

New on the board. Few weeks ago I noticed that my "check engine " light was one. I was told to check the fuel cap which I did. The local mechanic wants to charge me $90 to read the diagnostic. Is there a cheaper way to deal with this? Would unpluging the battery re-set the light?
I have a '99 V70 with about 90,000 miles.

JUST GOT MY OIL CHANGED SATURDAY AND HAD TWO NEW TIRES PUT ON THE FRONT. NOW MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS COMING ON. CAN YOU PUT TOO MUCH OIL?? I just recently bought a 94 Volvo 940 and the radiator is cracked, does anyone know how easy or difficult the replacement is on this? I know on some cars its just a matter of replacing the readiator piece by popping in the new one, but does the 940 pose more of a challenge?

Has anyone else had what feels like fuel starvation, over a set engine rate?
My 340 GLE 1.7 starts everytime and runs perfect up to 3000-3500 revs.
After this level, the engine "stutters", feels exactly like fuel starvation and continues until i change up a gear, then as revs drop, engine runs smooth again until reaching 3000-3500 rev range. particulary bad in 3rd, 4th and 5th...

I recently experienced some trouble with my 240 gl . when its a hot day
(30 degrees c +)after about 30 mins of driving the car can begin to shudder and appears not to be getting any fuel. Any suggestions to fix this ??
